FIFTH DIMENSION COMPANY for Oil and Gas Services was established in February 2025 as a Libyan company in partnership with the Italian company TurinTech Group.
We would like to introduce ourselves as an international provider of oilfield services operating in the oil and gas sector.
Our management team consists of highly professional and academically qualified individuals selected from Arab countries and Europe.
We are registered under the laws of Libya and Italy, and we are also registered with the Libyan National Oil Corporation under registration number XXX/XXX,
as well as with Eni North Africa under registration number XXX/XXX.

The company is committed to delivering a quality product/service completed on time and within budget.
FIFTH DIMENSION COMPANY and its foreign partner have extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, thanks to their business structure, which enables them to share knowledge and skills to support clients with innovative solutions. Our activities include pre-feasibility studies (concept selection), preliminary design studies (FEED), implementation, and construction, including field assistance during the systems design, operation, and start-up phases.
